Navalny said that there is a critical situation in Moscow hospitals.

City heated up to 40 C several weeks. No rains. And heavy smog.

"All windows opened and smoke in chambers, operating rooms and common rooms. All windows closed in intensive care unit of a hospital, but this not avoid the smoke. In fact there is more stench from rotting bandages and feces.

17 people died yesterday and 16 at the day before yesterday. There are 65 corpses in morgue. They stacked vertically because there is no space in fridges.

Ambulance cars brings dozens of old ones with actual diagnose 'heat stroke, overheating', but they cannot write it down because they would be fired. And there is no emergency state declared." (source rus)

Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov announce that there is no emergency state in Moscow, it's all about Moscow region, not city.
